Chris has originated and processed mortgages since entering the business in 1995.  He founded Signature Financial, LLC with partner Doug Browne in 1997.  Signature Financial specialized in Conventional and Jumbo financing focusing on self employed individuals and their families.  In 2002 the first Reverse Mortgage was originated.  

In 2005 he helped arrange the merger with Mortgage Planners which gave him access to FHA financing.  

In 2008 he help create Signature RM which is a branch of Kaye Financial.  In addition to the conventional and FHA financing available a new focus was initiated.  Chris shares in Doug Brown’s vision in the growth possibilities of bringing information and a clear message to Senior’s on the benefits of Reverse Mortgages.  Our seminars have brought an understanding of the product to Senior’s and have helped our many clients gain confidence in their ability to maintain financial independence while living in their homes longer.  

Chris and his wife Judy are residence of Waterford Township and have two boys, Christopher 17 and Brian 10.
